Beginning this Spring, the Creative Writing Club will publish a digital collection of short-form writing from our members. We invite you to contribute your own writing for our first upcoming public release.

About the Publication

This will be a free PDF highlighting short-form writing our members feel proud of and inclined to share, providing an opportunity for their writing to be seen by a wider audience and represented through the Creative Writing Club.

What to Submit

Short fiction, thought pieces, flash prose, personal writing, quotes, excerpts, brief scenes and vignettes, journal-style entries, anonymous letters, and other concise work that can stand on its own.

Publish Schedule

Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Submission Guidelines

Writing must be submitted as plain text or a PDF.

If no email is provided, and we have questions about your submission, your work may not be published. If no name or alias is included, submissions will be published as “Anonymous.”

Contributors may optionally include a visual design concept or artwork by uploading a second file alongside their writing. If multiple files are submitted, please name them identically in numerical order so they can be associated with the same author. [Ex. Document Title #1, Document Title #2]

Submissions must be appropriate for a general audience. Explicitly sexual, violent, or profane content will not be accepted. If you’re unsure whether your piece meets these guidelines, you may still submit with the understanding that it may not appear in the final zine.

If you have questions, please contact us.
